If you haven't seen the funds return to your account after this period, please reach out to us via our email or support contact number. To ensure a swift resolution, kindly include the payment date and your Order ID in your message. Additionally, you can provide transaction UTRs in the message section of the form.   • How soon can we start accepting card payments?

    Once the payment gateway integration is completed in your system, you can start accepting card payments within just one day. This integration will enable your customers to conveniently pay using credit cards, debit cards, and over 50 net banking options. You can trust that the process is streamlined and efficient, ensuring a smooth experience for both you and your customers.

  • What is the status of my refund?

    Refunds are processed by the merchant. Sky Pay serves as a payment platform that facilitates transactions for businesses. If the merchant has initiated a refund, you should have received a confirmation email from Sky Pay, and the funds are typically credited to your account within 5 to 7 days from the date of the email. If you have not received a refund confirmation email, we recommend reaching out to the merchant directly. Should the merchant be unresponsive, please report the issue through our contact page support form or email us with the relevant details.
